How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter the email on your account. We'll send a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up within a few minutes. If you're already signed in, you can also reset from inside the app: Profile → Change password. From there, either fill in your current and new password and tap Update Password, or tap “Send reset link” at the bottom to get a fresh link by email.
How do I change my name or email?
Your name and email are shown in Profile under YOUR ACCOUNT. To change the email on your account, message us at help@macrobank.app and we'll move you over.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile and scroll to the SUPPORT section at the bottom. Tap Delete account (in red). A confirmation sheet will appear asking “Are you sure you want to delete your account?” Tap the red Delete account button to confirm, or Cancel to back out.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account and all your data: food logs, weight history, photos, and macro targets. This cannot be undone. If you want to take your data with you first, email us before you delete and we'll send it over.

Why does my week start on Tuesday?
MacroBank gives you a full week of macros instead of a daily limit, so weekends balance out the week. Tuesday gives you a clean reset that doesn't punish a Friday dinner or a Sunday brunch. Your week ends on Monday and starts fresh again. There's a full breakdown in the app under Profile → How macrobank works.
Can I edit something I've already logged?
Yes. Open the entry from your Day or Week view and tap the row. You can change the amount, ingredients, meal slot, and macros, then tap Save Changes. Your weekly totals update instantly.
The photo logger got my meal wrong. What now?
You have a few ways to fix it before logging. Tap the green “edit estimate” pill on the FROM PHOTO card to adjust the food name, weight, protein, carbs, and fat directly. Use the REFINE OUR ESTIMATE field to add written context like “had extra dressing on the side” (or tap the mic to speak it). And if one photo isn't enough, tap “+ add another” to attach more shots so the AI sees the dish from a few angles.
What are the four ways to log food?
Barcode Scan (point your camera at any label), Food Search (database lookup, including your previously logged foods and saved meals), Manual Entry (type the macros directly), and Photo Log (snap a photo and let AI estimate). Profile → Logging methods has a walkthrough of each.

Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell your data, share your health and wellness data with advertisers, or use your sensitive information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Email us at help@macrobank.app from the address on your account and we'll send a copy of your food log, weight history, photos, and goals.

Open Profile → Send feedback. Pick a category (Bug report, Feature request, or General feedback), write your message, and tap Send Feedback. We read every message and reply within 48 hours.
