A macro tracker built around your week.
Seven days of protein, carbs and fat. Spend them however the week goes.
Most food trackers give you a target that resets at midnight. One heavy dinner turns into a red number, and yesterday's light day counts for nothing. MacroBank sizes your targets for the week, shows what's left, and lets a big Saturday and a quiet Tuesday cancel out.

Same appetite. Two very different verdicts.
A daily tracker only works if every day looks the same. Eat the same thing Wednesday to Friday, and the weekend still shows up as two days you got wrong, no matter how careful the rest of the week was.
MacroBank adds the seven days together. Eat more on Saturday, a little less on Monday and Tuesday, and the week lands on target. So the week is on target. Nothing to make up, nothing to feel bad about.
Three numbers. No calorie counting.
Protein, carbs and fat, in grams, for the week. Calories are built into how your targets are calculated, but you never see a running total and you never set a calorie goal. Three numbers tell you what to eat, not just how much.
Targets from seven inputs and 22 cited sources.
Already know your macros? Enter them and they become your weekly budget. If not, MacroBank calculates them from seven things about you. Protein scales with how often you train.
Every step of the method is documented inside the app under The Science, with 22 published studies and clinical guidelines cited. Nothing adjusts itself from your scale. Change an input, and the targets recalculate.

Things people ask before they switch.
Why does the week start on Wednesday?
So the weekend lands in the middle of the week instead of at the end. Friday, Saturday and Sunday have weekdays on both sides, which makes them easy to balance out. Your week runs Wednesday to Tuesday.
What happens if I miss a few days?
Your week starts on the first day you log. Miss Wednesday and it rolls to Thursday, and so on. Back from a trip on Monday? Your week is Monday to Tuesday, with targets sized for two days.
Can I still hit exact numbers every day?
Yes. The daily average is whatever is left in your week split evenly across the days left. Hit it every day and you land exactly on target. Miss it once and the average simply adjusts.
How do I log food?
Four ways: scan a barcode, search the food database (USDA data plus your own foods and saved meals), type the macros in manually, or snap a photo of your plate and let the AI estimate it. Every estimate can be corrected before you log it, and any meal can be saved and re-logged in one tap.
Does MacroBank count calories?
No. You track protein, carbs and fat. Calories are built into how the targets are calculated, but you never see a running calorie total and you never set a calorie goal.
How much does it cost?
$9.99 a month or $49.99 a year, after a 7-day free trial with the full app. No ads, no data selling. Cancel anytime from your Apple subscriptions.
Is MacroBank on Android?
Not yet. MacroBank is on the App Store for iPhone, iOS 15.1 or later. Android is coming soon.
Who is MacroBank for, and who is it not for?
For people who want to hit protein, carb and fat targets without eating the same thing every day, who eat more on weekends, or who quit a daily tracker because one heavy day felt like failure. Not for people who want calories front and center, or a coach that changes their targets from their weigh-ins. MacroBank calculates targets from your inputs and never learns from your scale.
